New 4 Bedroom in Quiet Neighborhood w/ Sidewalks & Parks
Our home is a new home in the newly built Reedy Creek - Oak Gate community. We have multiple large parks, and plenty of sidewalks to enjoy long walks.
Inside you enjoy new amenities, comfortable open floorplan, & spacious kitchen.
Our home has 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs also has our laundry room and an additional living room/office space between our bedrooms that is great to work or relax away from the living space downstairs.
Our entire home is available to you except for the garage.
Our smart locks allow for a contact free check in. We will only come by if needed for anything. Otherwise, guests have total privacy.
We live in a neighborhood with a community center, playgrounds and more.
Thank you for choosing our home! We have a couple rules.
1) NO SMOKING of ANY kind inside our home.
2) No pets of any kind.
3) ONLY 2 cars fit in our driveway. No blocking the sidewalk or other driveways!
4) No large gatherings without our approval.
Breaking these rules will result in a $500 fee.
*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
