Luca was very responsive with me and always stayed in touch and was very helpful. The condo was very clean and in a perfect spot that is close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

I would not suggest this place or host to anyone. The place had not been cleaned and was filthy. We spent 2 hours cleaning before we could unpack. When we notified host with pics she offered to have someone clean it, but we had already checked in at 9pm the night before and cleaned it. We asked her to work with us on the cleaning fee since it had not been cleaned for us and she ignored that part of the conversation. I feel after giving her two chances to make the situation right by discounting the cleaning fee, the only option was to never rent from her again and to let others know, so this doesn’t happen to them

Upon arrival the digital key pad was not working, storm door fully open and interior door to unit ajar. Water disconnection notice on door handle. The water issue was a mistake by the town, but set the tone of our visit. The maintenance team arrived to address the keypad and restore the water after we spoke. The management team was very kind and responsive. It is obvious the unit is a work in progress but it is not quite ready for guests in my opinion. We made the best of the situation but the unit was a bit disappointing. Front door has rotted bottom and daylight is visible allowing pests and rodents entry. We rolled a beach towel and placed at the base of the door to prevent the water bugs that were around due to the damp conditions from coming in. Plus the heavy rains were being blown under the doorframe due to the condition of the door. Storm door does not create a seal and is difficult to latch.Bathroom vent fan drips creating a puddle on floor and has mold on grate and on ceiling.Bottom shelf in bathroom is slanted and may pull away from wall. Ceiling fan in living room - light will stay onHVAC unit controls near couch fell off wall. HVAC unit under window is not operational and has very dirty, moldy grate.Window above hvac unit has mold at frameSlider door frame is filthy.Wall behind stove unfinished Kitchen sink dripsStairs have splinters on treadMultiple drywall cracks and seams splittingOverall not a great experience.
