Perfect Location in Ansley

Two bedroom duplex in the heart of Ansley Park. Only Dogs are allowed with a $150 non refundable pet deposit plus $25 per any additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone. No smoking allowed.* The property is conveniently located between Buckhead, Virginia Highlands and Midtown. Grocery Stores and Restaurants are within walking distance. House is completely stocked with everything you will need for your stay, just bring your clothes. Piedmont Park and Atlanta Botanical Gardens are within a mile of the home.


No fires allowed. * $500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on the property without our knowledge.

Great Neighborhood

Husband was having surgery nearby at Emory and needed a place nearby. This was a perfect spot with shopping and restaurants nearby. Owner was very nice, cooperative and made our stay wonderful.

Fantastic Choice!

My friends and I were in town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT space! Two beds, two bathrooms, plenty of space for parking and an incredibly communicative host. So close to everything in midtown and walking distance to some great food options. I highly, highly recommend booking this space. It had everything we needed and the price was unbeatable.

We stayed here for a short weekend and Elizabeth was a great host and the house was perfect for the 4 of us. The house is in a really great location with easy access to the freeway. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and Kroger and Publix is almost right across the street. The house is walking distance to many restaurants.

Planning to stay again!

This property was perfect for my family! The location is within walking distance of several good restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and bars. The property was clean and most importantly, the beds were comfortable. Loved the sunroom! Elizabeth was super easy to work with and very kind. We are already planning to stay again. Great find!

This house was the perfect location for our trip to Atlanta. It is very convenient to groceries and resturants and to friends we were visiting. Everything was clean and well stocked. Cozy House

First impression, home is located in a good location for walking to grocery, restaurants and our family event. The pictures we saw and the Unit (1 ) we were in did not all match up. Home was clean and equipped with what we needed in the kitchen and bath. I would recommend and stay again. Elizabeth was easy to reach and offered assistance if we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

great location for activities

Overall the place was cozy for the unexpectedly frigid stay. I was grateful for the sound machine left in the bedroom as the road noise was blocked by it so we were able to get good sleep. The heat worked well, which was essential for this stay. Overall it was clean and nicely set up but there was some stuff other guests may have gotten on the walls but it wiped off easily. Little cosmetic touch ups with paint will be helpful. The location was great, 20 min max for our travel time to doing our activities.

Pluses and Minuses

The location in regard to Atlanta's attractions, great restaurants, etc. Is excellent and a huge plus. The house itself is on a very busy intersection with lots of street noise pretry much 24-7. Bring your ear plugs. The house needs refreshing and is low on ammenities. We had no bath soap in Master bath and no hand soap in guest bath. Also, nowhere to comfortably eat a meal except on sofa. Overall, we didn't think it was a good value for the money.

So sorry you had a bad experience. Yes Monroe can be noisy but no one else has even complained about the noise as you can see from our reviews. We have a noise machine for those who are sensitive to sound and also you may want to download the app white Noise which is free. As far as the soap I so sorry. We have a new housekeeper and she must have missed that. Please come back and I promise to have shampoo and soap and will extend a discount to you. Elizabeth

Elizabeth's place was great! The location was extremely convenient, with tons of shops, restaurants, and shopping just a short walking distance away. The neighborhood is adorable, and it was easy to access all major highways. The host was quick to accommodate any needs we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

Problems Solved & Stress Relieved

We booked this property for its proximity to family so we could be close while dealing with a family loss. We have stayed before and everything was clean and as we expected when we arrived. Unfortunately on this trip there was an issue with the water heater but Elizabeth was amazing and offered to move us to another property that she owned or simply let us use that to shower with a hopeful quick fix. We did end up moving to her property at 750 Frederica Street which had great proximity to restaurants and shops and was still only a short drive from family. This property was perfect and gave us more space. It was clean and inviting with the added bonus of a garage. I cannot say enough good things about the property owner Elizabeth. No one can predict a water heater issue but we were offered options and solutions immediately and kept informed through text and phone calls. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying at any property belonging to this owner and highly recommend both this property and the Frederica Street location. Elizabeth made sure that somewhere to stay was not an added stress at an already stressful time and I can’t thank her enough for that.

Great Piedmont Park house
