Historic 1910 farmhouse. Situated on 2 acres just one mile from Sandbridge Beach. Enjoy the tranquility of this completely updated and restored farmhouse while still being close to the beach and lots of other points of interest in the Virginia Beach area.
The house boasts a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops, 3 updated full bathrooms, laundry, mudroom, 4 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Everything has been updated and professionally designed and furnished.
Enjoy evenings on either of the screened front and back porches which are expansive with seating and dining in each.
Once you step outside there are pecan trees, fig trees and one of the oldest oak trees in Virginia Beach that is listed in the Virginia Tree registry. Relax by the brand new pool with pool bar area after a day at the beach. Or skip the beach for a quiet day at the farmhouse.

Very beautiful and relaxing property!

The property and location we're great! The host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. I would definitely recommend it, the kids had a blast!

The place is amazing! Perfect location to Sandbridge beaches! Front and back screened-in porches were the night time hangout! We loved the pool, the yard, the rooms and the kitchen! Cathy also emailed us to see if there was anything we needed!!!

Wonderful home and host

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was bigger than we expected based on the pictures and it is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed! Everything was recently remodeled and the kitchen was well stocked with just the right utensils and appliances. The front and back porches are quite large and a great additional space to use. It was very hot while we were there and the owner made sure we had fans for the porches. The pool and pool area were delightful! What a great place to relax and unwind. We hosted a small wedding ceremony during our stay and the grounds were beautiful!Thank you for such a great place to create family memories. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic spot for any occasion! Whether you're on vacation, staycation, or just having a small get-together, this place really feels like home away from home. Cathy thought of everything. She provided not just the essentials but also those little extras that make a big difference. I truly believe the little things matter, and she nailed it!We live locally, we rented this house for our daughter’s senior graduation get-together. We had family and friends coming in from all over, and it was perfect for keeping everyone together. Much better than renting a venue for just an hour or two!Cathy was super easy to talk to and really welcoming. The house was just what we needed and even more! Rent this home! I promise you will not regret it. Enjoy some photos from our time there!

Amazing Vacation Spot and Outstanding Management

I’m so glad we chose to stay here. Originally we had a reservation for a smaller home but we had more friends joining which lead us to reserving this gem of a cabin. Everything was like new and clean! Place is recently renovated and all furniture, appliances, furnishings, all new! They have done a great job with renovations and furnishings. Having the pool in the backyard was such a gift. I originally thought not being walking distance to the beach would not be great but having the pool changes everything! We were either at the beach or by the pool everyday. You could say we may have had more fun at the pool than the beach! We brought enough food and used the kitchen and the grill the entire time. We didn’t feel the need to go out for a meal given the accommodations provided. Cathy was sooo helpful and responsive. She had the grill gas tank refilled during our stay within hours. She even bought an iron and ironing board set and delivered as soon as she found out we needed one (it seemed like the only thing missing!)I highly recommend this place and will try to book again next time I visit!!!
