Situated close to the town of Split, the town-monument under UNESCO protection, and far from the city noise this holiday home makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and tranquillity. This villa fits six people, it has two bedrooms and a large sofa in the living room, two fully equipted bathroomes, an outdoor shower, barbecue place, and three parking places. Guests have acces to all of the amenities and areas in the villa, and also a 24 m2 heated private pool. Guests are the only people in the house during rented time.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 5 Personen im Haus, davon 3 Jugendliche zwischen 11 und 14 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend für 5 Personen. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, versorgte uns mit Gemüse etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super netter Kontakt und tolles Ferienhaus

Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Schönes, liebevoll hergerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht. Das einheimische Pärchen, welches das Haus vermietet, ist super nett und sehr bemüht, der Wohnung es an nichts mangeln zu lassen.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft !!

Wir waren im Juni eine Woche in der Wohnung und können alle Angaben bestätigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber übergeben worden. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos durch die Eltern des Anbieters, die in der unteren Wohnung wohnen, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber nie aufdringlich waren. Ein kleineres Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ca. 300 m entfernt, größere Geschäfte ca. 5km Richtung Split. Busverbindungen nach Split und Umgebung sehr gut, Auto aber für weitere Touren zu empfehlen. Wir können die Wohnung problemlos weiterempfehlen und würden sie gegebenenfalls wieder buchen.
