Unwind in the living room and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV, or find solace in one of the three bedrooms, each adorned with its own Smart TV for your entertainment pleasure. Welcome to your perfect retreat with a recent addition on the garage that can be used as a bedroom, office, living room or play room for kids.

GARAGE TURNED INTO ADDITIONAL LIVING ROOM OR GUEST ROOM OR MOVIE THEATER ROOM

The new addition to the home was transformed into a new space that can be used as additional working from home private office, living room, a Movie Theater room with LED lights and Sound system to watch your favorite show, favorite movie as a family etc... We also just added a foosball table to the game room.
The additional room can be used as just a place with a sleeping sofa bed it is connected with AC and insulated so it's like a part of the house and can be used in many ways.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all dirty towels into the Washer Machine . If you take the Cornholes outside the property please put them back in the Theater room (If they get wet they must be paid back $300) Thank you
Please take all your trash out prior leaving the property. Please empty the fridge with any left overs . If you bring any pets please ensure all the waste is picked up and disposed in the trash can.
Please let us know if you are leaving early so we can get the cleaners to the property once you leave Thank you so much
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets under 20 lbs. are allowed only "No Big Dogs" All Unauthorized pets will be charged $150.
Smoking, vaping, cannabis: 500$ for each day you are inside or outside the house smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis.
Maximum overnight guests is 6 if you plan to bring more than 6 guest to the property pre-approval will be necessary. Late check out will be $150

I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area.

The property was well maintained, decorated very cute, plenty of blankets/pillows/soaps and things to get you started with your stay. The property description and pictures are 100% accurate.The property is in a nice quiet area. I think this is important to note when traveling to an area you are not familiar with. We felt safe in a nice neighborhood.There are a lot of fun things to do within a 10 minute drive, shopping/food/arcades/etc. We chose to Uber into Atlanta and had no issues getting a ride there or back.When we come back to visit family we will look for this listing again. 10/10 recommend!

Short Stay, Lasting Impressions!

From start to finish, this rental exceeded our expectations. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was exactly as described, if not better. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Although we were in town for a wedding and our stay was short and busy, it was such a relief to come back to a space that was not only comfortable but felt like a true retreat. The patio, grill, dart board, and other games were a great bonus. We wish we had more time to enjoy them all. The home was well lit outside and nestled in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Neighborhood!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. Buford Drive is nearby and can be a busy road, but it made it easy to get around. There are so many attractions close by, including Coolray Field, Mall of Georgia, Andretti Indoor Karting, Pickleball Social, and even a Tennessee Moonshine spot! Whether you want to relax or explore, there’s no shortage of things to do in the area. Plus, it’s only about 45 minutes from Atlanta.We highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to everything Gwinnett County has to offer!

The house was in a great location. The back yard is huge. Very close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. I will say it is more of a 3br with a converted garage. I didn’t look that closely at the pictures so I missed that part.
