The perfect location! In just minutes, you can walk to the high-speed ski lift at Peak 9, or to Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife. There is no need to drive around and look for parking.

On the main level, there is a master bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed, a loft with day bed and pull-out trundle bed, and a half-bath (sink and toilet).

The swimming pool and hot tub facility (4 hot tubs) is located right across the parking lot from the condo.

The condo is great for couples or families. Games and DVDs are provided. There is a Ski Locker and free Laundry on ground floor.

• There is no air conditioning, but there are many fans, and it cools down at night.
• Grills are not allowed in the complex.
• The ski resort is typically open into May, but Peak 9 may close around mid-April.
• The swimming pool area is sometimes closed mid-May and early November for 2 weeks each.
