The Ole Smoky BnB is the perfect destination for an incredible Smoky Mountain vacation with all the amenities and luxuries that your family can imagine! In addition to amazing indoor amenities such as the oversized game room, outdoor features include two large deck areas (which include a porch swing and hot tub), and fire pit with mountain views. Hop in the car and you are just mere minutes to many of this area`s most well-known attractions, including Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and much more.

We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own Firewood.
