Come enjoy this beautiful condo with updated, well-equipped kitchen, boasting gorgeous counter tops and bead board cabinets. The dining table comfortably seats six for family gatherings. When the family is ready to watch a movie or a game, the large wall-mounted TV will serve you very well. There is ample seating on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular view spread out before you while you enjoy that last glass of wine of the evening. This condo includes central air, fully equipped renovated kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 3 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and cable. NEW flooring installed Spring 2025 and 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms. There is also owner-purchased wi-fi in the condo. Washer and Dryer in unit. Check-in office is on-site. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: Queen Bed BDRM 2: 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa DEN: Twin Sleep Sofa.

EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. My wife and two children spent a week here and loved it! Very clean condo with lots of room, a great view of the beach and ocean. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. We will be coming back!!

We loved our beachfront condo 🏖😎🦀. The rooms were spacious and we were very comfortable for our family of 9 including my 4 grandchildren. I wish we had WiFi for rainy days and evenings.
