Your family is sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, and a TV room (counted as the 4th bedroom) has five beds, (four bunk beds plus a trundle). This home is comfortable for sleeping 15 people (including four roll-away beds) The open layout living room is furnished with two sofas, and an over-sized chair. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and all new appliances. Situated on the lakefront, the morning sunrise reflects off the lake and lights up the house. The afternoon brings shade to that side of the house, where you can enjoy the deck and watch the boats go by.

This waterfront house is very nice and in a Great Lake location. Close to attractions and entertainment yet feels quite peaceful and isolated when on the property. The view from the back of the property and the deck is picture perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures don't do it justice -when you go in the front door, it's just a "gorgeous" view. The house has a very nice layout - plenty of space for family time and also for when everyone just wants some quiet reading time! Excellent and fully-stocked kitchen, too. nice, quiet neighborhood! Meet the Youngs! We are a family with four children, based in Bryan, TX. We enjoy coming to the lake and getting away from our busy life. The kids like to swim, fish, boat, tube, and ride the jet ski. This picture was taken before the remodel.

Why they chose this property

For years, we rented VRBO houses around Lake Conroe, and boated with extended family. We found the Walden neighborhood to be the best! In 2015, we bought this house for it's beautiful view, easy location, and great layout. Now it's remodeled with a fresh new look and we are ready to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

Excellent Wifi service throughout; TV's in both living rooms and master bedroom.

The romantic master bedroom overlooks the water and the beautiful master bathroom features a double walk-in shower. Walk-in closet is yours to use. This bedroom has a TV.

The upstairs TV/bedroom is something to see! One-of-a-kind built-in bunkbeds for four will have the kids scrambling for their favorite spot, and there's a 5th bed too... a trundle! On the opposite side of the room is a 75" TV, with couches and a big bean bag in between. This room also opens up to the upstairs deck, where you can enjoy the night air and stars.

Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen sized beds and access to the upstairs deck. If you want your little ones to sleep in your room with you, we have four roll-away beds in the house to use wherever you need them.

Living room and dining are very open feeling and have full views of the lake. The kitchen has all new appliances and is equipped to cook for your group.

Access to Walden's amenities is available to our guests. You may use the pools at the Yacht Club. Other Walden amenities include boat ramps, a racket/tennis club and fitness center. You will have access to all of these, some will include fees.
