Our vacation was amazing! Thanks to the amazing staff and team! Our check in process was easy! The home was very clean! Great location! We enjoyed watching the golfers play in the backyard while we were at the pool! Some even talked to us. Our entire stay was perfect! Thank you all so much! Hope to be back next year!

Perfect for large family

A beautiful large home with plenty of space for a group of 10. Pool and spa were a big hit with our family. Kitchen is large with room for several cooks in the kitchen at one time, and has ample cupboard and counter space and kitchen ware. I highly recommend this property.

Overall Good

Overall the home met our expectations! The home and pictures aligned. There was an issue with one of the toilets but maintenance did come out and fixed the issue and then there was also trash in the front yard but over all my family and I enjoyed the home and resort and would definitely be back.

Great place to stay! Near everything!

This is a fantastic house to stay at. The house was amazing! We loved the theater room after long days of the parks. Pool was refreshing and super clean! Enjoyed eating dinner with our family settled around the large table. House is perfectly situated near attractions. Super easy to communicate with the property manager. They take the trash daily. The house itself was very clean and modern. Air conditioning was amazing! Definitely planning next trip with our family!

Beautiful home!

This house is as exactly as pictured in the listing. It is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our kids loved the game/theater room, pool table, and private outdoor pool. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen is large, with plenty of space to prepare meals. It’s in the Champions Gate area, so shopping and dining are very close. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Disney. We would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it!

We would stay here anytime

This property was simply amazing. It's bigger than you think, tons of room and pretty much a bathroom for every bedroom - and more. It will easily fit 3-4 families if you wish to share and save money on accommodations close to Disney and Universal parks. Communication with the property management and access to the property was a breeze, and the house was clean and ready for us right on time. The Oasis Club that is part of the gated community is really nice and a great place to spend a relaxing day at (read: the day you are not going to a disney park). Club has slide, lazy river, large pool, restaurant, bar, movie theater, arcade, etc.. Overall we had a great stay and would love to rent this place again if we come to this area.

In my favorites!

Our stay was amazing! We had a few changes to our flights and was able to get the house a day before we had planned. The team was amazing to work with and very easy to talk to. The house was beautiful inside and we LOVED that it was on a dead end and on the golf course. We sat in the pool and watched golf the whole time! We had a slight AC issue but it was resolved within an hour of us calling. (And it was late so I was not expecting that). We really loved the couches and the master bedroom bed was so comfortable ! I cannot say enough great things about this house. Thank you for making this a great VRBO experience!

Family Wedding

We enjoyed our stay at Champions Gate very much. We attended a family wedding at the Omni Resort, which was just outside of the community. The house was very nice, but we were surprised to find that the theater room was a converted garage. Despite that, it was a fun room to use! Just no garage to park the car out of the sun. The Oasis Club was really great! The weather did not allow us to use it as much as we would have liked, but it had a lot to offer on the one day we were able to spend there. The home is conveniently located close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Traffic is quite heavy in the area. If you have to use the highway to travel, plan extra time for traffic delays. Global was very easy to work with and easily accessible during our stay. Please note that there is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, with some restrictions involved when the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. That being said, Demetrius at Global was very quick to resolve the situation during our stay, due to the unusual weather

Great home! Close to all Disney parks & Universal

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The pictures are true to what we found. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool man came a couple of times that we saw and checked the chlorine levels. We saw hot air balloons drifting over the golf course several mornings. There is a bathroom w/ shower just off the pool which is fabulous. The home is well equiped w/ pots and pans and does have a Keurig. We had to make several trips to the airport which is 30 minutes. All 3 Disney parks are 25 minutes drive and Universal is the same. You have to check in at the Realtor office which is about 20+ minutes from the home, so need to factor that in when arriving. Checkout was very easy. Keypad door lock makes access great. Glad we brought extra trash bags for kitchen trashcan, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, kleenex tissues and paper towels. There are no cooking ingredients at all - we had to purchase salt & pepper shakers, cooking spray, etc. Also, the grill was not present when we stayed. It would be helpful if they included directions on how to use all the remotes because it was very confusing, so we never were able to enjoy the movie theater room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely want to return here if we decide to come back to Orlando with the family.

We arrived at 4pm, check in time on a Saturday, the driveway was full of vehicles, trash bags covered the lawn. Upon approaching the home the cleaning crew was still there “cleaning” and we learned there was no electricity to the master suite, master bath, room in the hall. Once we FINALLY got into the home we learn that cabinet doors in the kitchen were off the hinges, the pool fencing had holes and not well maintained, the theatre room arcade game was not working properly and was horribly hot (no central a.c.), and we also had no cable. To make a LONG story short after several DAYS of our VACATION and persistent phone calls to the management company we ended up getting cable on Tuesday late afternoon, and we got electricity to the master suite on Wednesday evening, we were checking out Friday morning. The management company did reimburse, what I would consider, a VERY small portion of the whole cost as “compensation,” but regardless we will not be recommending or will we be staying at any properties in the future managed by this company. It’s a true shame as the house was spacious but NOT well cared for and renters had LOW priority when it came to correcting the issues in a timely fashion.

Good, not great

Our stay was good. I liked that the house had multiple master suites and the community was nice. However there was zero instructions on how to work the media room, which had several different remotes. Also, none of the overhead lights in the bedrooms worked and the TV’s in the bedroom would only show one channel. We’ve stayed at various rentals over the years and most supply guests with a small amount of dish soap, laundry soap, sugar, etc. We were surprised that this rental did not supply anything to get us started for the week. Also, the vague instructions on how to enter the gated community was a bit frustrating. There’s only certain entrances guest can enter and this was not made clear. Of course, we figured everything out and enjoyed our stay overall, but after traveling all day and long days at parks, I expected a more welcoming and seemless experience for the price.

Wonderful home

We stayed here with our family for a few days while visiting Disney & Universal. We were really impressed by the house. The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious! Plenty of cooking utensils, towels, pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable and the theater room was a hit. The pool and hot tub was great and we had a great time. The house was about 40 minutes away from the parks due to traffic and road work so keep that in mind. We would 100% stay at this property again.

Nice home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean for the most part and the beds were very comfortable. There were a few things in need of repair (toilet paper holders and towel rack came out of the wall- humidity in Florida seemed to really soften the dry wall), but we declined management's prompt offer to send someone to repair them because of the pandemic. Also, we noticed some trash under the beds in the twin bedrooms, such as soda cans and candy wrappers. The kitchen was stocked very well with glasses, plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc. This was essential given we ate almost all of our meals at the home.

Great theater room but beware of loud neighbors

The house was very nice with enough room for everyone. The view of the golf course was relaxing. The neighborhood, though, felt like party central with music blaring poolside from both next-door neighbors late into the night. The houses are so close together that loud music from your neighbor by the pool can ruin your enjoyment of your own pool and can even be heard inside your house. The theater room ceiling light bulbs were almost completely burned out; the room was so dark you needed a flashlight to see how to put a movie in the DVD player. We requested a floor lamp be brought in for extra light because no one had any extra light bulbs for the ceiling lights. We received the lamp the next day, which was great service. The theater is awesome, though, and gives a true movie experience--my kids enjoyed that feature of the house the most.

Great house, terrible community, not for families

The house was lovely, only minor issues. I would not recommend families with small children to stay here. Houses full of loud large groups of partiers that had no regard for anyone. As many as 12 cars at each house. Police and state troopers frequented but only after days and days of horrible surroundings. It would be impossible to go out of the house and enjoy the pool with any children. I feel sorry for the home owners who've spent large amounts of money to buy here as well as any family trying to enjoy Disney or Universal with their kids. This is a weekend warrior meet up place where 20 plus ppl rent these houses for free for all. I will never stay in champions gate again. There is a bar code that is able to be shared that clearly theses renters share with everyone they know. If you are a homeowner in this development you should demand another system. Again a beautiful home, well equipped, awful atmosphere.

Enjoyed the house. Pool was great! Location excellent. Only real complaint was the audio video hookups and remotes, especially in the theater room, were confusing and not working properly. Apparently someone had taken all the batteries, but, even when that was worked out, they could not figure out the setup in the theater room, which made that feature not really available

Great Home for family gathering

Great experience. House had everything we could need. In fact never left it for 5 full days. Pool was great and movie room came in handy on the Florida rainy afternoons. Kids loved watching the golfers go by while swimming in the pool. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Not a complaint but a suggestion. WiFi was spotty by the pool. And extender would be a quick and easy fix and will keep the music going.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and the minor issues we had (unlocking front door and pool heat) were fixed instantly. And those were because we made changes. We all loved staying here.

February getaway

The house was great for our family of 6. Everybody had enough space and the common areas were perfect. The theatre room was great for all of us to spend time in and the dining table was perfect for family meals.
