Spacious & Flexible for Groups : With 8 spacious bedrooms and 3 full & 2-half well-appointed bathrooms, the main home comfortably hosts large groups. Multiple living and dining areas offer ample room to relax and reconnect.



A Kitchen Made to Gather: The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with soapstone countertops, high-end appliances, and a custom gathering table for eight. Whether you’re preparing a family-style brunch or hosting a private chef dinner, this space is designed to bring people together.



Outdoor Living & Seasonal Entertaining : Step outside to a backyard garden oasis with a stone patio, outdoor seating, and a gas grill—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. At the rear of the property, a restored antique carriage house offers a unique space for private dining and intimate catered events. **Please note the carriage house is available from April - December and does have an additional fee for use All dining, catering, and events must be arranged through East Coast Retreat. Outside vendors are not permitted on site. Use of the home and carriage house is limited to registered overnight guests, but we do welcome approved gatherings or special events with advance notice. Please inquire about event rates and services.
