Fabulous Ocean Front - Warm and Inviting

New-Contemporary and Cozy has 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom - one king bed and ensuite with soaker and walk-in shower.
1 lower level bedroom - two ex.l twin beds combine into king, next door to main lower bath with bath/shower combo.
2 nd lower level bedroom - one queen bed, next door to main lower bath and near lower powder room.

Excellent linens and bedding

Guest area is open concept-separate and above garage, full kitchen facilities, and has sleeping for 3-4.
2 Extended Twin Beds can be combined into a King.
plus it has an -Allerton Queen- Comfortable pull out foam bed.

Main area has newer Viking, Kitchenaid and Miele Appliances.

Guest area has newer stainless steel appliances.

each area has a washer/dryer laundry pair and an outside LPG Grill for BBQ'ing.

main area sleeps six to eight and can be rented with or without guest area which sleeps an additional 4 people. Total maximum guests are limited to 10.

Wonderful Stay; Beautiful View

We had a great stay at this house. A group of friends stayed for my birthday weekend and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies, watching otters and seals swim in the inlet. Sooke is a cute town close enough to Victoria to explore.

Location, location, location!!! Otters & seals every day. We walked to town picking blackberries along the way. Easy drive to Victoria or airport. This was a great option for our group of friends getting together from various places. Comfy beds, lots of towels, we were all sad to leave at the end of our stay! (Great communication from host also)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out—perfectly accommodating our group of six. Beautiful house amazing view, recommend this house the only down fall was our stay was only 3 nights. Truly amazing house, found Sooke to be a great alternative to Victoria. The kids enjoyed private beach scavenging for crabs and any other creature they could find. Thank you!

The house is stunning, seals all day in the water right in front of you. It's really spacious a d invited, comfy places to sit and overall really home-like. Host was great with communication. The suite is fully separate so you do have to go outside of the main house to get in but not a big deal. Beautiful place would absolutely recommend
