Three lanais — one off the living room and one off each bedroom. That's the detail that makes Fountainhead Condo #3 different from every other two-bedroom unit in Holmes Beach. This is a three-story townhouse where every level has its own outdoor access, and the master bedroom lanai looks directly toward the beach.

The Gulf is a 3-5 minute walk. The complex has just eight units — intimate, quiet, and a world away from the larger complexes on the island. The heated pool is available for all guests.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and the living room. The master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds — a proper sleeping space for kids that earns its own excitement at check-in. The living room has a pullout queen sofa for the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. High-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. On-site shared laundry handles the week's beach clothes. Two parking spaces included.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts.

Fountainhead Condo #3 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were surprised with the beach supplies and bicycles. Just a short walk to the beach The beach seemed like it was more private I definitely would take my family here again

Great location, great space, good pool, only a couple things that took it from a 5 star….the queen bed and pillows were pretty hard. A mattress pad or foam pad would really make the bed much better. But of course, we just like a soft bed. And they could do with a few more kitchen utensils, like, they didn’t have a whisk that I saw. But seriously minor things for the price and location! Those were both superb.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. We were pleasantly surprised that we could see the gulf from the bedroom upstairs and it was only a block to the beach access. We felt safe in the condo but would’ve appreciated security sticks in the sliding doors to ensure safety. The condo was clean and well appointed, however it would be nice to have more washcloths for the week. We were appreciative of the beach supplies and bicycles and used them frequently. The bed on the bottom bunk upstairs was almost on the floor and hard to get up from. The condo was spacious and the AC worked well. The pool was small but we were usually the only ones in it and we enjoyed it. The management communicated very well and left detailed information for the condo. We would stay here again.

The pull out couch is uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen supplies are pretty skimpy. It would be nice to have two big gas grills to share between the two buildings instead of that old charcoal grill that doesn’t work very would also be nice to have more supplies such as garbage liners, towels, dish soap and detergent if your staying longer than a couple weeks for the amount that we pay.

Loved Rental

This was a wonderful unit. Only suggestion I would offer is this; in our debit card using world trying to acquire quarters to wash/dry clothes was a pain. I would gladly pay $50 weekly to not find change!! Seriously. I had debit. Back up credit card. And driver license.

The couches are not pullouts and one is narrow with cushions that can’t be removed. It really only sleeps 5 based on this. The place is well equipped and clean. One thing that I would like to comment on is the bunk beds in the one bedroom. It is very low to the floor and hard to get out of. One lamp in living run was not functional and overall lighting in the living room, kitchen area was too low making the area fairly hard to use for activities such as reading.
