Beautifully furnished well maintained 6 year old home with private pool in Brasilito, close to Conchal Beach, and minutes to many other spectacular beaches. Gorgeous views of the mountains at the back from the patio where you can watch the moon rise at night. 24 hour, safe, secure gated community. Furnished with locally made wooden furniture. King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and bunk beds with queen on the bottom in third bedroom. Many beaches close by and only 1 hour from Liberia airport. The home is very well equipped and includes a washer and dryer. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. Access to the property is by well paved roads and there is plenty of parking on the property. Maid service is included once a week for bookings over 1 week. Beautiful sun terrace and pool with sun loungers and new palapa this year with hammock. Perfect for lying and reading a book!
The back and front yard of the property is landscaped with lush tropical plants. There is a lime and mango tree which if you're lucky enough to be there when they ripen are yours to use. The whole property is very private and is in a very quiet but safe and secure location at the end of the road.
Brasilito is a quaint fishing village which has a large variety of restaurants and bars and nearby are the bars and restaurants of Flamingo and Potrero, many with live music in the evenings.
Monkeys, mapaches, iguanas, and parakeets often visit the yard .
A car is recommended for this property. The property is within a 10 min drive to 2 private international schools, CRIA and La Paz.
This property is now available for long and short term rent beginning May 1, 2024 for $3500/month. Renter must pay hydro and water. These dates maybe flexible. Please contact for further information.

Nice House with great value!

Beautiful property located in a gated community in Brasilito, Guanacaste, quite near the following beaches: conchal, flamingo, brasilito, Bahia de los piratas (pirate’s bay beach), danta, dantita and just 30 min from Tamarindo beach. This is perfect if you plan to go and visit different beaches everyday. The property has everting we needed to have a wonderful stay, including a great patio with a pool, barbecue and comfortable rooms with super comfy beds. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back!!

All the comfort that you can desire!

The House is everything that we expected and more! All the luxury and features that you may want to have in a beach house. Very convenient located, right in town, in a very nice gate neighborhood. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 that opens to the terrace in the swimming pool area, each one with their own bathroom and walk in closet. All the house with a great air conditioning. The kitchen was big and had everything that you may need to cook and so much more!!! The Living area is spacious with all the comfort that you can desire. The Master bedroom has a Flat Screen and a hole wall off glass doors with a view. We went for our New Years Family Vacations and we had the best time of the year!!! They also have a BBQ that we used every day. The house is near the best beaches in the Guanacaste region. We highly recommend to anyone to rent this beautiful and luxurious house for they vacations in CR!!! Thank you Gill and Jimmy for everything!!! Please forgive my english.... This house has the perfect location

We stayed for a month and the location was right in the middle of some of the best beaches in CR. This house felt very safe and had the perfect set up. This house is in a gated community but very private. The back yard with pool was the perfect place to cool off at the end of the day. This was our first trip to CR and will not be our last. CR was Pura Vida!

Neat, calm vacations

We stayed here for 2 weeks in February 2018. House is very nice, clean and the pool and hammock are the perfect relaxing combo. Bed are comfortable. Water could be more hot. We felt the house was secure and enjoyed the ac at night. 5 min to the beach by car. The neighborhood is very quiet. We recommend this rental

Energy house

The location is excellent. The main beaches, Conchal, Flamingo, Penca, are very close. Additionally, Tamarindo is at a very reasonable distance. The house has everything you need for a few days of rest and recharge of energy. It has a terrace pool and a "ranchillo" with a hammock that was an excellent place for a nap. Highly recommended.

Beautiful newer home centrally located

This was our second trip to Costa Rica this year and found this location to be very central to many beaches, restaurants ect and easy to get around by car. The house was well equipped with linens, towels, deck chairs ect. You do need to buy all groceries including salt, pepper, sugar and condiments so make sure you add to your grocery list. We had a lovely view of the mountains and were lucky enough to have a group of howler Monkeys visit the back yard. Evenings we were visited by many large insects including beetles, praying Mantus and walking sticks which we loved! The little town of Brasilito was very welcoming. We ate at Papaya's which had amazing Mahi Mahi, Tiki's with delicious pico de gallo and guacamole and also The Italiano Sodilita which had fantastic Pizza and Pasta. We will definitely come back to the area and will recommend this home to friends and family.

My husband and I are in our 60s and purchased the house so we had a place in the sun to go to during the wet Vancouver winters. We have travelled round the world extensively and also lived in Dubai for 4 years before retiring.
We love Costa Rica and really look forward to going there in the winters. The people are very friendly as are our neighbours there.
We have 3 grown up children and 9 grandchildren. Most of them have visited and love all the wildlife and beaches that are around.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy here because of the easy access to the airport, the lovely beaches and the ability to visit other areas of Costa Rica. We travelled around Central America before we decided on Costa Rica. We had previously visited Costa Rica a few years ago and we were very impressed with it.
