Our Second Stay!

The house and yard is a vacation spot within itself. You don’t need to leave! Everything is immaculate update, and located in a wonderful convenience spot. 2026 was our second stay and it gets better every year. PThe owner is immediately responsive as well as the management company to any need at all. We’re going back for our third stay next year. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Location is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all of the action on Atlantic Avenue. Jesse was super responsive to all questions and needs!! Pool/hot tub and plenty of space made for a very enjoyable stay.

Great location

This house checked all our boxes. Very comfortable master bed. Updated living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Jesse and Elona were wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any concerns. We would rent this house again.

DELRAY TRIP

Jesse the owner was terrific. He took every call and fixed small things immediately. Location is perfect, walking distance to the main area. Pool and outside were beautiful and perfectly manicured. It truly could not have been a better trip. Thanks for everything Jesse!!!

Great Place to Stay!

This house was perfect for lounging with friends in the pool, and it has a nice privacy fence. We really enjoyed that we could play basketball and ping pong. The owner communicates promptly and got us everything ahead as needed. No complaints! Would definitely stay here again!

Chilaxing week

Great to get away for a staycation. Clean tidy and all amenities in the kitchen a plus is the bbque. Lovely gardens and pool. Pitty the mangos were not ripe.

Sunshine and warmth in winter

This year wie spent Christmas with our whole familiy in Florida. The house in Delray Beah is excellent located, close to the ocean, close to the charming center of Delray Beach an din a very nice neighborhood. The house istself has enough rooms for all of us and we enjoyed the hot water tub as well as the heatet pool. The pool pump was not working on one day and the owner came immediately to fix it. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Best stay ever!

This house is literally the best house ever. It was just my spouse and I with our two dogs and it was perfect for us but you could easily sleep 4-6 people here comfortably. The pool and hot tub were the best and the property is just so beautiful. It was the best oasis we could have asked for on our 7 day vacation! Jesse is super responsive and was the best host! Will definitely be returning hopefully sooner than later!

Very nice home in nice neighborhood

The home itself is beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is breathtaking as well as the pool. The only issue we had was with some moderate leaks in the lanai, soaking pretty much everything (but we did have an awful lot of rain.) Otherwise the hot tub was great. Communication was great,but the hot tub area could’ve used a better cleaning .. all in all, I would give it a 9 out of 10. Would have given it a 10 out of 10, but they need to focus on the hot tub area thanks Jesse!

Great time and fantastic backyard. Could use minor updating.

Check-in was very easy. We were able to get into the house an hour early given that we were in the area and it was ready. Jesse was great to communicate with. The spa/hot tub wasn't functional while we were there but should be ready for future stays. The pool was very nice although it could use a bit of an update with cracks around the perimeter of the pool and loose tiles on the deck surface. Careful on the green interlocking tiles on the screened in patio as they can be slippery. Kitchen was beautiful with everything needed! You enter/exit through garage with keypad. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and the couch area was nice for everyone to hang out at. Quiet neighborhood and the wall in the backyard provides a nice sound barrier to the road. We would stay here again.

Not happy

Everything was run down and unusable. The property has great potential, it just needs a lot of work. There is structural damage that could have led to myself or my family getting hurt. The amenities listed and shown in ad were all broken. The pool worked , but there are cracks all over anc but being out there at night was unsafe as there’s not enough lighting. The host was nice but we had to find a new property after day 2 cause it was so uncomfortable to be there. The home was covered in dust and very unkept. We lost so much money as he wouldn’t give us a refund. We will not be staying heee ever again and hope that companies he rents in will make sure his property is refurbished and safe for future renters.

Great location, rough start to stay

It is a great house but I never received check in information or any other information on website. Realized no info had been loaded about 30 minutes away from property. Messaged a couple times through app and no response. Got phone number from customer care and called about a billion times with no answer so thought I definitely got scammed like a buddy of mine did not that long ago. Finally got ahold of owner and he gave me info to get in. I never got any of the information loaded into website so I had to text for wifi and didn't really know what was expected for check out. Great place, pretty clean except a plate of food in microwave cleaning crew must have missed. Tons of activities that made it great for our 11 year old to have a lot to do with Mom while I worked. Overall great experience even with the hiccups. They left some bottles of wine and had nice toiletry kit in master bathroom which was a great touch.
