The property was beautiful and the security good but there were some major issues. We never received information at check-in other than the WiFi passwords. Usually when we check into a Vrbo, we’re given information - like how to access fresh drinking water, where to empty garbages, how to make sure our deliveries can get past security and check out instructions.Also there was no safe in the unit to store our passports and valuables during our stay. That was a big problem. The listing said there was a restaurant and bar on the property and that was not the case.Additionally, a cutting board was put away dirty, the milk frother wasn’t cleaned, there were 6 bath towels for a unit that sleeps 8.Further, our flights were delayed and the onsite person refused to help with our deliveries that were scheduled. Also, we were surprised to learn that we needed a reservation for the grill and that it would cost extra. We had a pile of meat that we needed to cook for our dinner and said they need a lot more notice so they wouldn't let us use it, even after we agreed to the fee.Also, the concierge was non-responsive (localbird). They setup something for us 3 months prior but then went silent after that. When I asked the host to see what’s going on with them, I was told that it wasn’t in their scope.Overall, beautiful property and great location but there are major issues with the way the property/listing are managed.
