My first real job was as a carpenter. Then I started a business and had a long and full career while raising a family. Houses have always been a love of mine, and now in my retirement I get to do what I really love, find, restore and share special homes.
What makes this property unique
Prairie Home is one of the oldest homes in Santa Ynez. The house has been a parsonage, orphanage, and last a home to the same family for 3 generations. It was in rough shape when I found it, but after 3 years and a lot of love and money, it is better than ever. While it is fully updated, it retains its historic character.
