Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its excellent location and safety. The apartment is in a gated residence called ZSSF, located in the developed and secure Mbweni area, just 5 minutes from Zanzibar's airport. Nearby, you'll find government offices, private businesses, a police station, local restaurants, and convenient shops. The residence also offers a community center featuring a playground for kids, making it an ideal place for both families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and security.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment stands out because of its ideal location, safety, and modern style. Built in 2019, the property is still fresh and contemporary. It’s conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to local amenities. The community is clean, friendly, and family-oriented, making it perfect for families on short-term stays. Remote workers and vacationers will love its stylish interior, reliable amenities, and easy access via elevator to the first floor. It's a comfortable and secure spot to relax and explore Zanzibar.
