This rental is fully furnished with modern appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Washer/dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and a spacious living area downstairs. Homeaway Collects the 6% State hotel tax and leaves it to the property owners to collect the 11% city tax. Really nice stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to music and restaurants in Austin, it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a weekend get away. Also the host accommodated our last minute request for early check in - greatly appreciated.

Very convenient to downtown Austin and to the airport (if you have a car - not as good for walking except for around the neighborhood). The place is nicely laid out, comfortable and quiet. A very good experience thank you!
