This rental is fully furnished with modern appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Washer/dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and a spacious living area downstairs. Homeaway Collects the 6% State hotel tax and leaves it to the property owners to collect the 11% city tax.
