Wake up to peaceful lake views at The Reel Deal, our lakefront home in Locust Lake Village. Mornings are savored on the private dock or cozied up by the fireplace. Spend your days kayaking, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying community amenities like pickleball and volleyball. In winter, take advantage of the ski lift, sledding hill, and Chalet. Evenings unfold on the deck or by the fire pit at sunset. This is a place to slow down, unplug, and enjoy time together in a quiet lake setting.

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 full bathrooms and features:
• Private dock
• Open-concept living and dining area
• Loft game room, loved by both kids and adults
• Two decks, a spacious backyard with grill, and a front-yard fire pit overlooking the lake
• Fireplace and wood-burning stove for cozy evenings
• All bed linens and towels provided
• Roku & Amazon TVs to sign into any of your streaming devices

Enjoy complimentary use of:
• 3-bench rowboat with optional battery-powered motor
• Canoe, kayak, & kids’ paddleboard
• 2 adult bikes + 2 children’s bikes
• Beach gear: chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, lifejackets and cooler

*The Pocono Boathouse provides hourly rentals of kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Fishing licenses, bait, and winter sports gear also available.*

Planning to bring an electric bass boat? Just contact the office in advance for a boat pass. No boat? No problem! We provide several vessels for guests to enjoy — or try our favorite spot: fishing right from the dock.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

No need to strip or make beds, our cleaners have that covered for you!

Return outdoor toys, equipment, and cushions to where you found them

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No fireworks

Due to the wildlife (bears, raccoons, squirrels etc) trash needs to be disposed of at the trash compactor. You will be given a pass from the office.

ONLY septic safe toilet paper is to be used. If there is a clog during your stay due to flushing non flushable the fee of $500 will be charged

Our stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more. The views were beautiful amd we were able to use the kayak and the boat on the beautiful lake. We loved our family time around the fire pit Our host was very responsive to any question we had. Perfect location and perfect house for an amazing family weekend. We will definitely nbe staying here again
