Comfortable 3 bedroom home, partial ocean view, walk to beach & harbor
This comfortable and cozy three-bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for your coastal vacation. Great location to explore the coast, enjoy the wonderful restaurants, live music, and the amazing scenery. Perfect for beach days, bike rides, or relaxing getaways. Come back after a day on the beach and relax by the fire pits on the spacious patio.
Wake up and sip coffee with a partial ocean view. 3 miles from downtown Half Moon Bay, and a stone’s throw from Surfer’s Beach and the Harbor. It’s all right here.
This coastal home is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All beds are comfy king beds, and the primary suite has an en suite bathroom. The primary and larger second bedroom both have smart tv’s. The open living room and kitchen are comfortable and great for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and should have everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. There is a smart tv in the living room, as well as an electric fireplace. The home has central heat and AC.
Outside, there’s a large patio with ample seating, two fire pits, and a barbecue grill for your use. Enjoy ocean breezes after a day of bike riding or strolling along the beaches - a perfect spot for gatherings and creating lasting memories.
There’s also a washer/dryer in the garage for your use. Just access the stairs through the door in the hallway to get to the garage and laundry facilities. You’ll also find beach chairs and other equipment for your use in the garage.
A few things to note:
The entrance to the home is on the second floor, so you'll climb stairs to get in.
It's a downhill walk to the ocean, which leaves you with a moderate uphill walk back to the home.
Our home is not suitable for young children.
We're located in a quiet neighborhood - and have a very strict no-party policy.
There is a separate one-bedroom guest unit downstairs. Our amazing cleaners might access the garage when cleaning the downstairs guest suite in order to do laundry. When doing so - they will not access the upstairs.
