Beautiful ground floor unit with Ocean View from lanai, close to the pool & easy access to BBQ. New wooden flooring.The unit sleeps 2 people. Unit 172’s living room area, offers comfortable couch and 2 sitting chairs, also a large flat screen TV. Up to date kitchen and bath, spacious cabinets and a walk-in tile shower. Bedroom has king bed, Hawaiian rattan furniture and flat screen TV. Snorkel gear, beach toys, beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, coolers is located in the lanai storage. This is a Maui Vacation Condo you will come back to year after year.

The grounds are beautifully kept and the condo itself is clean and updated including granite countertops and floor to ceiling tiled shower. We would stay here again and again.

Terrific place on Maui

This condo has an excellent location in Kihei. It is one block from the Kihei boat ramp which is where many scuba and snorkeling operations leave. There is a beach across the road and there are a series of excellent snorkeling locations just to the south. The unit is very well equipped for preparing meals and it has a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and other water accessories. We really enjoyed our stay.

This particular unit is cheaply equipped, particularly in the kitchen - seems like the budget was the only concern when it's,s for the home were purchased. It is a bit tired, and needs a good deep cleaning.

The place is perfect, pictures didn't do the property or condo justice. Loved the location as well, out of the way but still close to everything. The park across the street is gorgeous, we got married on the beach. It was perfect.

Perfect location, amazing property!

My husband and I went to Maui to get married, and this place was perfect for us! We were only steps away from the pool, the best turtle snorkeling is across the street, and we had this wonderful condo to return to for relaxation. The unit was well-stocked with items in the kitchen that a lot of rentals lack, it was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. We will absolutely be returning as soon as possible. Thank you for such a great experience!
