Best stay in NYC!

I've stayed in a number of VRBO's arounf NYC and this one truly takes the cake! It was super clean, spacious for 1-2 (if you know, that's hard to find in NYC), easy to get to and from, and the host was incredibly gracious and connected! I will be back again, and have already sent this listing to friends in the area and those that travel to NYC!

10/10 amazing stay

Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located near Molloy University. I LOVED every aspect of this cute studio apartment! Light sleepers be warned - it's on a busy road, so bring good earplugs. Luckily I'm a deep sleeper and the traffic sounds are quite soothing to me! I will definitely stay again in the future.

It’s a little noisy from the road. It was good for us just staying 1night. Bring a towel and the coffee maker is espresso so be ready for that. It was clean and served our purpose.

Sometimes the difference between good and great is the attention to detail. Small things that are sometimes necessities or nice to have simple inexpensive items. This property was missing washcloths, ironing board a coffeemaker and no complimentary bottles of water and condiments. A major issue is the front door which is not hung correctly. Has an inch gap on the bottom and top of the frame. This needs to be corrected to keep critters pout and come winter time there will be a serious draft. If the host makes these changes this would be a great place for short visits to the city
