Condo is very clean, spacious, and kitchen well-equiped. Beds are very comfortable and quality linens. We enjoyed staying at this location due to beautiful view of mountains and birding. Loved the pool and spa area. Our host had quick communication and provided an excellent booklet on condo info and activities in the area. We'll definitely come back again.

I didn’t use the pool. I was there by myself. The place was definitely very clean, comfortable, well equipped, with lots of information provided. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I planned to use this condo again in the future.

Host needs to correct instruction sheet: incorrect address and WiFi network. Also access code problems. Water was shut off washing machine, ants in guest bathroom and an initiation small leak with dish washer.

Tim and I have this condo so that we can be near our son’s family in Tucson. We are loving it here in the Foothills more and more. We have another AirBnb in St George, Utah where our daughter and her family live. Tim is nearly retired, and I am semi-retired. I keep busy as the founder and Executive Director of a music nonprofit.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the Foothills. It has a peaceful, quiet, resort atmosphere, yet it’s close enough to everything.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is on the ground level and the back patio (with a golf view of the 15th hole) is surrounded by trees and birds! It’s magical! Our home has been updated from top to bottom. We designed it to be a sanctuary from the world. Not only for us but for our family and our friends - including you. And we really enjoy sharing it.
