The Space:

Welcome to Fiddler’s Cove 1A, a thoughtfully curated first-floor villa designed for the ultimate Hilton Head Island experience. Positioned perfectly at the front of the complex, this unit minimizes your walk to the beach and resort amenities. The interior has been recently refreshed with a bright coastal palette and updated stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen.

The primary suite offers a serene queen-sized bed and private en-suite bath, while the second bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for children or friends. For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable pull-out sofa. Large windows invite natural light into the open-concept living and dining space, creating an airy atmosphere for post-beach relaxation.

Guests enjoy full access to the Fiddler’s Cove Beach & Racquet Club amenities, which include:

Two large outdoor pools (one heated/cooled seasonally).

A relaxing heated hot tub and expansive sundeck.

7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts and 6 dedicated pickleball courts.

Two indoor racquetball courts.

Multiple "Tot Lot" playgrounds for children.

Community grilling stations (gas and charcoal) and picnic areas.

Safety First: The community is gated with 24-hour security for your peace of mind.

Check-in Requirements: Per HOA and management rules, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Cleanliness: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 fee applies for any violations to cover deep-cleaning and restoration.

Pet Policy: To maintain a high standard for all guests, pets are not permitted.

Supplies: We provide a starter set of kitchenware (plates, pots, pans). Please note that cooking essentials such as oils, spices, and chopsticks are not provided; we recommend bringing your favorites or visiting the nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful beach villa close to the beach

We had a wonderful time in the villa. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped with kitchen supplies and linens, and is a close walk to the beach.

The property was accurately listed. It was clean and comfortable. The ceiling/floor of unit above is thin, so you can hear everything from the above unit. We enjoyed the stay and close walk to the beach. Really nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The smart TV in the living room had difficulty accessing streaming accounts, but Spectrum is available.

Loved that this was close to the gate AND on the first floor! There are 2 pools and a hot tub on the property. A few things I’ll share as I was unsure about before I arrived.Towels / washcloths are provided Bedding is provided for the sleeper/sofaWasher/dryer are in the condoBeach chairs and rolling cooler are available to useAnd there are several board games provided!TV quality is amazing! These details are probably somewhere I just didn’t see it:) We had 6 adults and had no issues with space….so much to do at HH. We also went to Savannah (only an hour drive)Hope this is helps!!!

Convenience spot - Great condo - Good value

Overall impression was great. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Unit is clean and the listing is accurate. First floor unit only has three or four steps up from the parking lot. Parking close to the unit was no trouble. Building location is near the Fiddler's Cove gate which makes it a quick walk to the public boardwalk beach access & public beach parking. It's even a quicker walk to the private beach trail that goes over the dunes. Grocery stores are nearby. Kitchen has basic essentials. We would return to this property! Neighbors had a bubble machine that added some fun to the atmosphere. Check out the bubbles in the palm tree photo.

Excellent Place to Stay

The condo has so many perks. First, communication with the property management was quick and courteous. The condo is a little older but so well-maintained with upgrades to the bathrooms. It is on the first floor, so we didn’t have to walk a bunch of steps at the end of a day at the beach. Check in was simple and flawless. Check out only had us start the dishwasher and take out our trash. Super easy. So many amenities were there to make our stay enjoyable, like dishwashing detergent and clothes detergent and even plenty of toilet paper. It’s the little touches that make a vacation great. I did see 2 ants and 1 other bug, but I saw there is regular pest service. And SC at the beach means bugs so don’t sweat the small stuff. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
