About the host

Randy and I are originally from Ohio around Kings Island. We built a short term rental business, moved to TN. 20 yrs later sold business and purchased this gorgeous peace of Norris Lakefront to develope a small family reunion area for families to gather together in one place. We have 2 home to rent accommodating 27 people total. Our plan is to build 2 more homes to accommodate between 40-50 people. Come grow with us as we build our community.
Why they chose this property
Upon entry it feels like your own park. With nature all around. We have approximately 2000 ft of shoreline giving plenty of private waterfront to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
The private setting. It's more a penencila than an island. But it feels like your own little piece of paradise. We sit behind Norris Landing Marina with a very short troll to main channel and Jimmy's place bar and grill for an evening out.
