Timberhaven Cabin | Bear Lake Retreat | Sleeps 40+

Timberhaven Cabin is a brand-new luxury retreat built for large groups and unforgettable getaways. With room to sleep 40+ guests, this spacious, thoughtfully designed cabin is ideal for reunions, retreats, or family vacations.

We’re still finishing final touches, like furniture and decor, but we’re accepting early bookings for guests starting April 1. Lock in your stay now and be one of the first to experience Timberhaven!
1. Quiet Hours

Time: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Guideline: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.


2. No Smoking

Guideline: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and within the community common areas.


3. Parking

Guideline: Park only in designated areas: inside the garage, front driveway, or back driveway. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on the streets overnight.


4. Trash Disposal

Guideline: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins located at the clubhouse. Ensure trash is properly bagged and the bins are securely closed.


5. Use of Common Areas and Amenities

Guideline:

Access to amenities (clubhouse, pools, private beach, etc.) is restricted to registered guests.

Follow all posted rules and guidelines in these areas.

Children must be supervised at all times.



6. Respect for Property

Guideline: Treat the property and community areas with respect. Report any damages immediately.


7. Compliance with HOA Regulations

Guideline: All guests must adhere to the HOA's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Non-compliance may result in fines or penalties.

Our family had a great time during our stay here. Very spacious and very family friendly. Our host was great and responsive to any questions we had. And only about a 5-10 minute drive to North Beach where we spent most our days at. Would definitely recommend.

What an incredible find this was! We had a family reunion here with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and all the seating is to die for. Plenty of food storage space in 2 fridge/freezers, 2.5 ovens and 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers. Not to mention the spa like bathrooms. We had a great time here and what sets it apart from others I was viewing were all the community amenities like the private beach access, two pools, the hot tub, and the playground and sports courts. We really had a great time and this place was nice new with luxury fittings! Would recommend
