Nice Apartment for Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The building is well kept, the facilities are very nice, and the location is great. Our kids enjoyed the on-site pool, the park next door, and the short walk to the beach. The unit was quite clean and management was very responsive and communicative.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went very well. AYP does a great job making sure their units are immaculately clean. No complaints. Also, they are very easy to get ahold of via text. The whole process was very smooth, both before and during our stay. We've been in many of their units and all of them have a modern aesthetic that we love. We plan to go back again this spring. I believe this was our fifth visit to stay in one of their properties.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were shocked to find that the condo had not been adequately prepared for renting out. I counted 8 different problems which had to be fixed all during the first week that we were there. Leaking ac vent, rattling bathroom exhaust, broken thermostat, sofa covered with a drop cloth to cover wear damage, broken balcony table,, broken blinds in bedroom, lumpy , saggy mattresses, old worn sheets on beds.
