Great place to stay!

Very nice and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay! My 2 grandchildren stayed in the Minion room one night and absolutely loved it. Alfonzo was such a great host! He was very prompt when I called him. This Condo had everything we needed to enjoy are vacation.

At $99/night it made our Disney trip way more affordable and it was more space than we'd ever have at a Disney hotel. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and I was able to do multiple loads of laundry. The staff was responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to the area. Terrific!

Great Value!

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills. The entire grounds are immaculate and the pool is amazing!! The unit we stayed in on this vacation had the same layout as last time, an open living room and kitchen flanked by two spacious bedrooms and was conveniently located on the ground floor. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the screened in balcony while we watched the birds outside. The beds are very comfortable; washer and dryer is a definite plus. The unit accommodates four adults very easily however the couch was uncomfortable and only fit three. We needed to use kitchen chairs to hang out. It would be helpful if we received a list of kitchen items provided in advance so we could have brought a few things with us. This is a terrific place to stay if you are planning a trip to Disney World. You are literally 10 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom! We can't wait to go back.

Perfect location

Great location. Close to Disney and all the property has to offer. Good amount of space for a family of 4. Manager was super fast at replying and making accommodations. My only negative comment is the sliding glass door needs to be repaired. It was incredibly hard to close, especially from the outside. The lock was broke and the bar didn’t secure it properly.

Not clean but great location

When we arrived, the unit was not cleaned properly. There was a large stain on the couch that was covered by a blanket. The property manager was responsive and did everything they could to make it right. The location of the unit was great. It was really close to the pool which our kids loved. My kids also loved the playgrounds available at the property. The development was maybe 5 to 10 minutes from Disney property which was also nice. Other downsides was that the unit just felt “cheap”. Most, if not all, of the furniture was from IKEA. Some of the doors in the unit were locked. For example, the pantry door was locked which we found strange. We had to leave our food on the counter. Don’t think I would stay in this particular unit again, but would recommend the management company as they were responsive and cared about our satisfaction.

There was a new WalMart on the corner that was very handy to buy food and supplies. Very close to many different types of restaurants as well. The condo itself was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery...almost everything you could think of. Beds were very comfortable as well. The pool area was very nice and staff were friendly. Would recommend staying here to anyone. We would definitely rent again.

Average unit, but price makes it "Good"

Great safe location close to Disney. Quick drive to grocery store and restaurants. Unit was not as clean as we had hoped. Stains on sheets, dirty dishes, soiled sponge under sink. For the price though we looked past it. Dishes were fixed when we went to store and bought soap, and new sponges. There was also a fully stocked linen closet in the unit, so we took off the stained pillow cases and replaced them. I sent the manager pictures of the issues, he assured me it would be addressed, however nothing was done on our visit, so i assume he meant for future guests. Beds were extremely comfortable, living room furniture was not as comfortable, but you dont spend a ton of time in the unit when you are exploring Florida. The bathrooms were awesome, very clean and large. As far as the amenities for the complex, keep in mind you are sharing the Pool, excercise room, and spa with what the guard claimed was "over 2000 units". We didnt have an issue with the pool, usually late at night not too many people, however the spa was almost always "Shoulder to shoulder" which we did not want to take part in. Also you have to scan a barcode to get in OR OUT of the complex. So keep that in mind if you are planning to visit the parks, some mornings there was a 5-10 minute wait to leave with cars lining up at the scanner. All in all it was a nice stay. And despite what some of my review may have made it seem, I would stay here again, as I said, cant beat the price for the location.

Amazing

The apartment is like in the pictures and the description! A big, clean, modern, nice place to stay and it's near from Disney's Parks which is great. It is well located because you have Walmart, Publix or even the shopping malls nearby! We are very thankful for Mariano, the person who assisted us, he communicated with us all the time, he really helped and advised us during the stay. And he also was very polite and patient. We would recommend this property to a friend and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo. Great Location!

The condo was nicely updated. The location was great, near Disney and close to grocery store and many restaurants. The bedrooms were a nice size. Loved the app to lock and unlock the door as well as adjust the AC. Pool was a good size, a bit busy at times but you could sit away from the water slide and have a quieter time if wanted.
