Great house! We used the dock for our PWC's and the house is convenient to the public boat launch. There is a beautiful beach a short walk away. We loved the hot tub during the chilly nights. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for our fishing trip in Marathon. There was plenty of room to park our truck and boat trailer. Our 25 ft boat was easy to maneuver at the dock and we had everything we needed to take care of our daily catch!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Marathon! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a week on the water. Having our boat right at the dock made it so easy to head out fishing or explore the Keys each day. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great boating getaway!

Wonderful vacation spot!

Wonderful place to stay for a vacation in the Marathon area of the Keys! Canal front location with lovely sunrises! Owner and property manager very responsive. Check in was simple. Nice kitchen to make some meals and comfy beds to get a good night’s sleep!

The location of the property was amazing!! The house could use some cosmetic upgrades. The home was clean but there was some dog hair left on the couch which is hard to get off so understandable. Well kept duplex with extremely cold A/C. Larger home than expected. Dockage for my boat was little rough but managed. Just a 10 min idle ride to open waters. Everything you'd expect the home to have, it did. Nice kitchen, living room, large TV in every room and screened lanai. Would recommend for a large group or family.

Unit is in need of repair, screens need replacing many big holes, slider door and windows rattle if it’s slightly windy, showers need updating, towels were very used, sheets very thin, concrete at canal was deteriorated and broken up, key pad didn’t work. In addition major construction next door. Bed was comfortable, couch was nice and kitchen was updated. We left after 2 nights even though are booking was for 6 nights.

Great location & host

This was a great property to stay at for our family (2 adults, 2 children), with our 21 ft Tidewater boat. The house was a great size for us. I enjoyed the large beds and large rooms. Lots of room for truck and trailer parking, which was great. The shared dock with the neighbor was perfect for our boat. Plenty of room to maneuver our boat. Nice wide canal. We loved the location, as it was right by our favorite sandbar at the end of the idle zone. This was especially nice on windy/rough days that weren’t the best for fishing/snorkeling offshore. The host’s communications were prompt and informative. Would stay here again!

When I saw we loved this property, WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY. We are from VA Beach and travel to the keys every few years. This place makes us want to vacation here more. The locations was spectacular. My son, 8, caught his first fish right out back. Tons of memories were made. We had many wildlife visitors including Manatees and Pelicans. Our 2 year old daughter found many cozy spots to relax and play. Highly recommend! We explored the entire length of the keys with this central location. This trip was worth every penny!
