Unsatisfied with the Nest!

This was supposed to have been an anniversary stay. It was not cozy, clean or anything I expected. While the manager was easy to contact. He refused to see the problems with the property. He acknowledged knowing some of the issued and said they could have had maintenance take care of them had I elected to stay. I felt as if that should have been addressed before my stay. I tried to get a partial refund. They refused. We stayed no nights!! When I advised I was going to leave a negative review. The manager stated he'd contact Vrbo to have it removed. This likely explains why the property has no reviews. I would equate the property to a low end motel. Do not expect much and you may be satisfied. Water damage present, gaping crack/ whole with black around it. Water stains over the bed. Bug traps in the corners and bugs on the floor. Not impressed!! However check in was easy and the property manager was easy to contact. Just not willing to give any sort of refund or accept the fact this property has issues!
