Pinehurst is the site of the annual US Kids Tournaments each year in July/August and hosted the US Men's Open in June, 2024 on Pinehurst famed course #2 the only courses in 100 years to host 6 Opens. During your visit be sure to visit the World Golf Hall of Fame move back to Pinehurst in 2024 to the USGA complex near course #2.

The condo is professionally managed to meet your highest standards: professionally cleaned before every stay and includes luxury linens & bedding, towels, cleaning products, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Pets welcome with a $150 fee and VRBO covers your pet with $250 damage insurance at no cost. Recently updated with new deck and you will enjoy elegance in our new gourmet kitchen, master bedroom and bath plus another bedroom that connect to the hall bathroom. Twin bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements.

Pinehurst, North Carolina is a special lifestyle so enjoy it in the comfort of your fully equipped, professionally decorated 1,850 square foot condominium. If you are a golfer you can enjoy 43 golf courses within 15 miles of this conveniently located unit. The Pinehurst and Southern Pines Area is also home to many horse farms and riding trails.

Condo is located in the newest section of the Lawn and Tennis subdivision, directly across for the Country Club of North Carolina. Condo includes three bedrooms: master with queen bed and private bath; a guest bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bath; and a guest bed room with two twin beds. Living room with fireplace, dining room, gourmet kitchen, outside deck and patio complete this very attractive unit. If needed, we provide Aero beds for extra sleeping accommodations.

Wireless Internet and Pool access in Lawn and Tennis Club available at no additional cost. Note: Pool open from May to October. Complete coffee service provided with Starbucks available with most rentals.

Condominium backs up to Pinehurst #7 golf course development. The #7 course clubhouse is a short 400 yard walk (Restaurant not open to public). All area golf courses are within easy driving distance.

The area is known for its championship golf, public access courses (4 of the top golf 100 courses), and there are over 43 golf courses within 15 miles of your unit to test your skills.

Enjoy the picturesque and historic New England style Old Town Village of Pinehurst with its fine shops, pubs and dining. Visit adjoining Southern Pines for more shopping, great dining and a view of the area’s equestrian facilities and events.

Wonderful Pet Friendly Condo

This is a beautiful, well-equipped home. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Nice sitting area on the back deck with umbrella and grill. Very comfortable beds and the sofa in the living room was also very comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. Lots of books, movies and a game set for entertainment. Excellent location - easy drive to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Excellent communication with James, our host. The neighbors were also very welcoming and friendly which was a bonus. We will definitely return.

One week stay

We stayed during the week of the US Kids World Championships. 2 adults, 3 kids. Host: extremely courteous, prompt and professional in his correspondence. Home: couldn’t have been more pleased. Home is in great shape. Based on photos I was expecting the place to be a little dated. Was anything but. The home itself is a lot nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. Kitchen appliances are really nice looking, appear to be very new and are clean. The 3 rooms are (kind of a theme here) a lot bigger than they appear. One room has twin beds, another has a full size or queen. The master has a queen bed and the bath is quite big. Both bathrooms were clean and updated with contemporary fixtures. Wonderful home and host. Would stay here again without thinking about it.

Great area, quiet community

We rented this home so we could visit with our son and his wife, who have recently been stationed at Fort Bragg. We enjoyed the quiet community, and visited several local restaurants and shops. The home was extremely well-equipped!! We didn’t have to rush out and buy anything, as is typically the case with a VRBO home. Much appreciated!! Highly recommend if you are just looking for some downtime!!

Great location, open condo, perfect for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo during the USKids Golf Tournament. The location was perfect, inside Pinehurst, close to the clubhouse, yet close to major stores and restaurants as well. Loved the access to tennis courts and a community pool in the heat of the summer. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Perfect location to visit Pinehurst and Southern Pines

Our family met up at this house to enjoy an extended weekend together. The house was perfect for our family of 5; and we were able to host some friends in the area for dinner. The house was modern and very clean. Jim was very responsive and I'd highly encourage you to stay here. We had such a great time and hope to return soon.

Lovely Condo in Great Location

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has been recently updated and was well-equipped for our 2 month stay. We did lots of cooking/grilling for the 2 of us as well as managed to entertain our friends living in area for dinner several times. We were only 2, but had another couple visit from Florida for 3 days who loved the condo as well. Bathrooms have also been recently updated and house has nice bed/bath linens and towels. We will stay here again next year!

Our trip over the Labor Day weekend was exceptional, considering we were dodging the hurricane that weekend. The first thing that my wife and friends said was the condo made us fell right at home and so very clean! Everything thing we needed was there and the location is perfect for both golf and dinning. I can't leave out the fact that having our Golden Retriever with us was such a bonus. We will definitely look to come back in the spring, loved everything.
