The place itself was clean, cozy, and in a great location—very convenient to shops and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the overall setup and comfort of the unit. However, I did experience some challenges with the check-in process. I had informed the host in advance that I would be arriving around 1:30 AM due to my late flight. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving closer to 2:45 AM. At that time, I had difficulty reaching the host and accessing the building, which was stressful after a long day of travel. I was eventually let in after a few attempts, but shortly after, I received a call where I was scolded and spoken to quite harshly for arriving later than expected. I understand it was very late, but I would have appreciated a more understanding tone, especially given the travel delay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password was not provided until later in the day, which made it a bit difficult to settle in right away. Overall, the stay was pleasant in terms of the space and location. For future guests, I think a self check-in system or clearer late check-in instructions could help avoid this kind of inconvenience for both host and guest.
