We're in a quiet residential area while staying just minutes away from the North’s main attractions and amenities.

A pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, fruit & veg shop, service station, and Restaurants are all within a 3-min drive, while the nearest beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk.

For comfort and flexibility, having your own transport is recommended, as public transport can be limited.

The Marina studio has a private balcony with an open-air kitchenette and a stunning Bay/sea view—the perfect setting for tropical cooking and relaxed evenings.

Designed with a stylish, minimalist touch, the spaces are optimized for both practicality and comfort. Every unit is equipped with a smart TV (with paid Netflix) and 60Mb Wi-Fi,

Bathrooms are equipped with two bath towels and one hand towel, hand soap, bin bags, and two rolls of toilet paper.

Our king-size beds feature outstanding bedding with extra pillows and crisp linen refreshed every six days.

Guests can enjoy a lush tropical garden surrounding the swimming pool — a peaceful common area to relax and unwind. A Weber barbecue (charcoal excluded) with outdoor chairs and a dining table is available on request for your grill moments.

The property is fully gated and secure, with security cameras, on-site parking, and an automated entrance gate.

Guests may self-check in using a secure lockbox. The access code will be sent shortly before check-in.

If preferred, guests may also request a personal welcome with the host for check-ins between 08:00 and 17:00, subject to availability.

Air Conditioning
Free from 18:00–08:00. Available at a flat rate of $10 for daytime use.
Please switch off the AC as from 08h00 or when leaving the property during daytime to avoid charges.

Breakfast ($35 for 2 person)
Available on request with 24 hours’ notice, served between 07:00 and 10:00

Laundry Service ($7 per machine)
Available on demand with 24 hours’ notice during week. Clothes are washed and returned within 1 hour 20 minutes, with an additional drying rack provided to dry clothes on your balcony.

Room Service ($10)
Complete studio refresh, including cleaning, sanitation, bed remake, and balcony tidy-up.

Towels & Linen
Fresh sets are provided every 6 days.

Barbecue
A Weber barbecue is available on request with 24 hours’ notice (charcoal not included).

Leaving tips is not mandatory, but always appreciated by our cleaning staff as a gesture of gratitude.
