The home was originally known as Smith’s Inn in the late 1800’s. Easy access off Rt. 95 in this Coastal CT town in walking distance to the historic Guilford Green and less than 2 miles to the town marina. Close to excellent restaurants and other amenities.

Located in a renovated home that is listed in the National Registry, this property was known as Smith's Inn in 1860. This sunny apartment was completely renovated in 2024 including central air, new kitchen and bathroom. There is an open living room and dining area.
