COMPLETELY REMODELED 2- bedroom 2-bath condo from the front door to the open balcony. The beautiful condo has a king bed in the master with also a king in the guest bedroom along with a double with new deep comfort mattresses. Remodeled kitchen has granite counters throughout along with tile throughout the condo. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with safety grab bars and the guest bath has a tub/shower. Check out the pictures of this amazing beach view unit!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Great Destin vacation.

We had a wonderful time in Destin at this Shoreline Towers condo. The location was perfect and having beach chair access daily made it even better. We were so comfortable and relaxed, we stayed an extra night! Can’t wait to book with this property again.

Great location and easy access to beach

This unit had a very good ocean view and came with free beach chairs and umbrella setup. This was a great extra. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Amazing vacation stay!

Not one complaint about this condo. The view was amazing! Just a short walk down to the beach, the umbrella and 2 chairs that come with the condo was so convenient and was a great bonus to the room! Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms and baths spacious. Location in town was awesome, we were close to everything! I highly recommend this condo, cant wait to book it again on our next trip to Destin!

Condo is perfect! Very nice home, fabulously well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony. Comped beach chairs and umbrella were life savers (traveling with elderly with cancer). Resort itself would be perfect if it had an on-site restaurant/tiki bar. Beach and pool area were great! Thank you!!

June Girl’s Trip!

We had a great stay for our friend trip! Condo was clean and as advertised. We received a discount due to the construction being done on the other 2 towers but it didn’t affect us which was nice! Master bedroom mattress was amazing so I would love to know the mattress brand since I couldn’t find it on the mattress. Please let me know. Maintenance was friendly and quick to fix the lack of TV signal to 2 of the 3 TVs. Pool was nice and clean. We would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks! Sarah

A place to relax?

The interior of the property was terrific. You can tell a lot of time and effort has been put into making my stay perfect. Everything was in good working condition, plus it was very clean. The exterior of the building is under renovation (which I was not told about). Alot of construction noise - so much so we had to keep the doors closed - so we could not hear the ocean waves. By the end of our stay it was terribly annoying. i hope they will do something with the landscaping as it was dismal. The weather was perfect, the beaches uncrowded, and the inside of the condo was up to date and well kept. I will definately rent again (hoping construction is completed)!

Overall, nice condo

The master king bed sleeps great. Room was a warmer than the rest of the condo. Read the “things you should bring” bc I overlooked coffee filters and had to buy a whole pack for 3 days there LOL. After booking, they called to inform me that the entire condo had some construction going on. I wasn’t informed my master bedroom window with the view of the beach had blue plastic all over that obstructed it nor was I informed the balcony was under construction and that there would be not be able to use it. Small bummer. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen had pretty much any dish or appliance you needed.

Condo was very nice with exception of tv in master wasn’t working which they informed me before arrival and refrigerator wasn’t cooling to full ability had to keep seafood in coolers, and also had landscaping in at the time so was a lot of noise on grounds but that’s part of it I understand, pool and beach setup was amazing and also used the cooking grills by the pool was a nice addition ,but overall was a great place to stay very nice staff and ease of check in and out with lots of communication before arrival I would stay here again.

The outdoor furniture was much better than other units we have rented. The decor was eye appealing and “beachy” which we loved! The price was more than triple from the previous year when we could rent monthly in March, not weekly rental as this stay. The pool was beautiful as always. The grills did not work well at all, despite reporting the problem. The only regret was all the renovation noise, which we knew in advance and that is why we chose tower 3. We even had repairs on our floor several days that were noisy. Not sure where we will rent next March due to tower 3 renovations.
