⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. 🔊 Noise Notice: There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which can be noisy at times. This basement-level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but it may not be the best option for light sleepers.



♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
