About this property

Beautiful Rehoboth Beach Condo! 3 bed 2 bath! 2 Pools! Tennis! Gym!

Grande at Canal Point community. Lovely community that is on the beach side of Rt. 1 and only a short bike ride or walk to downtown Rehoboth Avenue! It is also ideally located with quick access to the Outlets on Rt. 1! This sought after community has 2 in-ground pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas, fitness centers/clubhouse, tennis/basketball courts and bicycle/walking paths. There is ample parking and an elevator and stairs.

This condo has an open airy floor plan with hardwood floors, accessible wide hallways and doors throughout! Wifi is available throughout the entire condo. Each beautifully decorated bedroom has a queen bed and the owner's suite has a king bed with full bathroom and shower. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and Kuerig coffee maker for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony with a view of the pond. The playground, tennis courts and fitness center clubhouse are a very short walk from the front door. The ideal location of the condo within the community and it's amenities is especially convenient!

Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a beach umbrella are available.

We also have a high chair and pack n play available for our youngest guests!

The condo is located across the street from the Breakwater & Junction Trailhead which takes you to Lewes, Camp Henlopen State Park, Lewes/Rehoboth beachs.

The place is in a great location, has all the things we need, provides linens and even had a highchair for our grandchild. We have stayed there the last few years and the owner is great to work with. We enjoy staying there and look forward to it each year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at hacienda playa.   Everyone loved the decor and it was,perfect for a three couple weekend getaway.  The only negative was the location of the trash dumpsters is not very convienent.

My husband and teenaged kids and I stayed at Danielle’s condo and absolutely loved it! There’s lots of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and so much to do nearby, just minutes from the beach and the outlets. We will be back!

Very comfortable place

The property and neighborhood were beautiful and very close to everything. We did have to drive to the beach, but finding parking was not bad for $2 an hour. Plus, you can download the parking app and pay and add time online. Definitely pet friendly. My dogs loved their stay.

Wonderful location

We have stayed in this development in years past but this is our first year at this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. It was very clean, quiet, and the owners were very responsive to texts. We will be planning to come back in the future. Definitely consider this place for your vacation, it was wonderful!!!

Spring escape

Canal Pointe is a nice ,clean and quite location. The condo was as described and was tastefully decorated. We had a small issue with a leaky toilet that was immediately dealt with by Danielle. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and very responsive to our needs.
