Located in historic downtown Ocean City, Just Beachy at 15th is one of OC’s genuine family beach homes. This single family beach home recently underwent a full renovation. While vacationing with us, you’ll find all the charm and tradition of an Ocean City beach home, while enjoying all of today's comfort and design . This family rental will be a place you’ll want to revisit for years to come. Just Beachy....your beach house in Ocean City!

About The Units:

Just Beachy consists of 2 spacious spots - First, second and third floor.

JB 1(K,Q,QT) is located on the first floor of the home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining room with seating for up to 10. The spacious living room has ample room to gather for movies and games. This floor sleeps 7 and has parking for 2 cars.

JB 2 (K,QT,Q)
is located on the second floor of the home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining room with seating for up to 10. The spacious living room has ample room to gather for movies and games. This floor sleeps 7 and has parking for 2 cars.

JB Annex ( QT,QQ)
is located on the third floor of the home. It has adds 2 bedrooms JB first and second floor to make 8 bedrooms.

Flexible Floor Plan:

Coming with a large group? A combination of Units 1, 2 and/or 3 can be connected into one large unit for 6-8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Just Beachy will be rented to only one family at a time .

Downtown Location:

Just Beachy at 15th is just 2 short blocks from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Spend your days exploring the shops, rides and attractions, or sun bathing and swimming on our safe, clean, free beach. We are conveniently located right next to a crosswalk, so getting back and forth throughout your stay is safe and easy. There is a bus stop close by and a trolley located on the boardwalk if you'd like to leave your cars in the provided parking spots while you explore OC. We are also very close to Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, miniature golf and so much more. Want to stay in and relax? Watch the sunrise or the sunset from our spacious porches. There is also a back yard with room for your favorite family games.

We had a wonderful stay. House was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this house to others. The floor plan seemed a little odd at first but within the first hour fell in love with its charm.

We did a cousins trip to OC and Julie’s place was the perfect size and location for our big group. Julie was very accommodating and was always available any time I reached out to her. The location was perfect for the beach and boardwalk. I would recommend her place.

The house was perfect for our large group. I didn't realize how separated it would be, but it wound up working out well that the teens could hang separately from adults. It was easy to get to the beach, boardwalk, and bus stop was close by. Thank you for having us!
