Excellent Location but Needs Updating Badly

The unit was in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club, 41726 Resorter Blvd., Lot 05-16. The back yard faces east so the sun is in the morning and then in the shade about 3:30 PM on (in February). The unit has not been updated since it was built many years ago and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are very worn. The carpet in the family room/dining room is very dirty with spots everywhere and well-worn and tracked. All of the appliances worked. The entire unit needs updating.
