ok stay, not great, needs many updates
We've stayed kin PDRCC about twice a year for 8 to 10 years. this place wasm average at best.
Old cookware and we replaced some.old and dirty kitchen linens. Leaky freezer. No bowls. Bought some. Old stove, not all burners worked. Kitchen drawers are uneven.
Living area. Some bulbs out dusty/dirty fixtures. We had our fill of bumping shins on glass coffee table. REPLACE THAT.
Master-worn out sheets and cases. Only 3 matching pillows.Worn out and dirty mattress pad. Saggy mattress.
Has this place been updated since the 1980's?
2nd b/r-Sink drips needs repair or replace. Filthy medicine cabinet-embarrassing for our 2 day house guest. More dirty fixtures
Master bath-diodrty medicine cabinet , light fixtures. Old towels, although were plenty, worn out.
Outdoors. BBQ wouldn't light. No instructions for that or anything else. Better units have notebooks w3ith info for everything.
Overall-lovely layout but certainly needs attention or flat out remodel. All wall hangings from mid-80's was a clue. No pool towels per se. Some of the wall plugs were very loose and/or didn't work.
