The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a great oasis at the end of a day adventuring in NYC or nearby areas. Photos accurately represent the property. Vantisha was very good about communicating and provided timely responses to questions. Parking in the neighborhood can prove challenging. Parking during the day was relatively easy, but parking in the evening, when everyone had returned home from work, was more difficult. Be mindful of driveways, hydrants and ADA parking spaces. The home is in the Greenville area. We lived in New York City previously, and did not have any issues with the neighborhood. If you are a first-time visitor to Greater New York and are unfamiliar with urban living, it is an active, diverse neighborhood. There was an active police presence in the area, and a few neighbors offered friendly greetings during our stay. Ana Deli on the corner served up a delicious breakfast sandwich on a roll, and the staff there were friendly and entertaining.
