Perfect layout for a friends/fam to recharge their batteries. We ultimately went for an offshore fishing trip (sadly we paid a few K for a hung over captain who would rather be anywhere but on the water) and were SO happy for this oasis of a home! Also- check out the bow fishing 5 min away: so fun!

Rented the house for the boat access but the water in the canal leading to the house was less than 1 foot at low tide and maybe 1.5 ft at high tide. The road noise was loud all night as it is across from the turn to the bridge.Besides that it was very clean.
