This brand-new three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo on the third floor, a spacious open-concept design, and top-tier amenities. Located near Eagle Beach, one of Aruba’s most pristine shorelines, this residence is designed for both relaxation and adventure.

The open living area is bright and inviting, with large glass doors that let in natural light and showcase the ocean in the distance. A comfortable seating area with a Smart TV makes it easy to unwind, while the dining space is perfect for meals with a view. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and modern appliances, making cooking simple and convenient.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with an en-suite as well. A half-bath is available in the hallway for added convenience.

A private balcony provides a great spot to enjoy the views. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. FREE Wi-Fi and BBQ.
