Todd was an excellent host! Even though we had a minor parking hiccup due to things beyond his control, he made sure we were well taken care of. The home was very spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures.

Beautiful Home

My family and I needed a place to stay for the night as my father's burial service at Arlington was the next morning. The home was super spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom, including the basement. Private neighborhood with assigned parking. Would highly recommend for a familu stay!

Good easy spot to stay

Stayed here for one night during our move. The main floors were very nice and well furnished. The basement was a bit dated but it worked. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of bathrooms for a family to share. It’s a townhome in a small community tucked behind a strip center at a busy intersection. But there were no noise problems and it was easy enough to get in and out. Thumbs up to the host who called to make sure everything was good with our stay.

The home was very clean, and Todd was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient and close to DC, with a CVS, Fast Food, and a small market all within walking distance. The TVs use Roku, which made streaming simple, and the kitchen table was great for playing card games. The couch was quite small but not a major issue since we didn’t spend much time in the living room.A few basic kitchen items were missing, including kitchen towels and basic condiments like salt and pepper.We did have one major issue when the batteries in the electronic door lock died, leaving us locked out for about five hours. Todd stayed in contact, arranged maintenance, and ultimately called an emergency locksmith who resolved the issue by replacing the batteries and providing a key. Todd offered a partial refund, reimbursement for dinner while we were locked out, and repayment for a blender we purchased and left at the house. At the time of writing, the refund has not yet posted, but Todd did explain the expected timeframe. At the time of writing the review I have not recevied it. I hope to do an update post once received. Overall, the stay was good. The home was clean, comfortable, well located, and Todd remained communicative and responsive throughout, even while traveling in another time zone.

Clean, well appointed and furnished townhouse. The host contacted me prior to check in to make sure I was comfortable with check-in process. The unit was convenient to Arlington Cemetery (was visiting for a funeral) and easy to get to DC. Would def stay there again!
