This ideal getaway offers a peaceful ambiance while perfectly situated across from a railroad crossing for train lovers. Wine enthusiasts can explore the West Cruiser Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway right outside the door. Just a short trip away is Riverbend Park, offering festivals and riverside walks. With its unique charm, this retreat combines tranquility with easy access to local activities.
We have exterior cameras that cover both driveways, front of house, back porch, and back of property. They are for the safety and protection of the house and our guests. The interior of the property is completely private.

This was exactly what we were looking for, nice and spacious living room to relax and socialize. No neighbors and great views to enjoy. It is only a few minutes to lots of restaurants and a brewery. Also the 15 minute drive to the airport makes it a perfect place for anyone needing a place to crash before or after flying out. We booked last minute and the host, Bob, was responsive and made it easy to check in.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and charming home. Everything we needed was supplied, all we needed was to bring what we wanted for food items and our personal bath items. The sheets on the beds were very comfortable, not the cheap scratchy sheets. The window AC units worked well. I loved all the natural light that the windows provided. Palisade is a cute little town with a park that had paved trails to walk our dog next to the Colorado River about a mile from the house. Grand Junction was easy for us to access as well.
