Adorable cottage in desirable and convenient location. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 (plus full sleep sofa in living room). 4 guests allowed to book, but you may have up to two guests sometime during your stay. Meticulously maintained, hardwood floors, granite counters, updated bathroom. Strong wifi. Central A/C. Close to the beaches, Historic Newport Cliff Walk, Norman Bird Sanctuary and local vineyards. Covered porch with rockers, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Side yard, with table and chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Off-street parking for 2 cars.
