Tucked along the peaceful shoreline of Lake Norman, Island Breeze is a beautifully appointed, one-level home designed for total relaxation and unforgettable lakefront living. The inviting living area centers around a cozy fireplace and offers ample seating for relaxing, sharing stories, or watching your favorite show. Adjacent, the fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with modern appliances, a center island with bar seating, and a wet bar for mixing up drinks or serving snacks. The dining space is ideal for family meals or entertaining with a view.

The main home sleeps six guests comfortably across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and serene water views, while two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, share a full bath. Every room includes thoughtful touches to ensure restful sleep and cozy comfort.

For guests needing a bit more privacy or space, the separate apartment above the garage provides a fully equipped retreat of its own. Sleeping up to four guests, it includes a full bathroom and a comfortable layout—perfect for extended family, teens, or friends who'd like a bit more independence while still being part of the gathering.

Outside, Island Breeze truly lives up to its name. The expansive wrap-around deck is perfect for morning coffee, soaking in a sunset, or grilling out while overlooking the water. A private dock offers a front-row seat to lake life, whether you're fishing, boating, or just enjoying the gentle waves. Please note, the dock is fixed and docking is available at the outer edge.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
