Both the exterior and interior of the home has been furnished with West Elm and Restoration Hardware furniture, accessories, and high quality bedding that are right on trend with neutral colours, and modern but comfortable design.

The well stocked chefs kitchen has a 36 inch 8 burner gas stove and double oven. Because we, the owners sometimes use the house ourselves, it is well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar and other staples , and even an air fryer for your use. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. A unique "stand up" bar comes complete with bar accessories and a wine frig, along with an extra frig in the garage.

Each bedroom has a large walk in closet and full ensuite with large shower. The master bedroom and casita each have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, and another bedroom has two queen beds for a total of five beds. The large master bathroom boasts his and hers vanities, oversized shower, and free standing bathtub. Large windows make this room bright yet private.

The casita has a private keyed entrance, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, with its own patio and bistro table and chairs. It has a counter with sink, microwave, mini frig, coffee maker, sofa, and tv.

Numerous beach towels are provided, and each bathroom has shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. There are pool floaties, board games, 2 bikes, (use at your own risk), a ping pong table, and corn hole toss game provided for your entertainment.

Enjoy beautiful mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets. There is a huge driveway that can park 5 or 6 vehicles

PGA West has 3 private golf courses and 3 public golf courses. This house is minutes from the public Greg Norman Golf Course, with it's rustic restaurant with patio and fireplace, as well as large pro shop, driving range, and practice putting green.

City of La Quinta has introduced new restrictions since covid. Bylaw states no loud music or noise outdoors at any time. Failure to adhere will result in a huge fine, payable by the renters.

Early checkin and/or late checkout will be accommodated if possible and sometimes for an additional fee.
Pool and spa heating fee may be additional depending on time of year.
This will be a home you want to return to year after year.

Smoking only allowed outdoors. One or two small pets may be considered for an additional fee. You will not worry about your fur babies outside as the large yard is fully fenced. Enquire with owner first. No large parties or events allowed.
